How To Be Happy instead of FEELiNG happy


Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotion ranging from contentment to increase joy. Happiness is the key to almost everything. Most people don`t enjoy the feeling of happiness longer than expected. And you know when you are not happy you are depressed. One thing we should know is that we try by all means to feel happy, instead we should be happy not feel happy. Anything that makes you happy it also has the ability to make you sad.

The following basics plays a major role in accessing happiness. Things that you need to do obtain happiness.

  •    Exercise almost everyday.

 This is the first step you need to consider before you tend to do major work. Exercising everyday will decrease the rate of stress in your mind, and you will also have greater chances of being healthier. Exercise plays a role in both psychological and emotional, and one of the things i love about exercises is that it protects against (Boost Immune System) several diseases.

  •  Spend time Around people.

Being around people helps in distracting depression but they are some things, feelings that cant be ignored/ avoided. When you are alone you start to think about things, you might end up being depressed, that`s actually a bad attempt, trust me you don`t wanna go there.

  • Stay Outdoors Regularly

This will refresh your mind and you will start to develop thoughts, positive thoughts. Also relieves the amount of stress in your mind. This is one of the most profitable techniques that will make you happy instead of feeling happy.

When an individual is stressed/depressed, its because they lack motivation and once you realize you worth and that you have a purpose in life then you`ll start looking at major picture, bigger picture. For you to be happy you have to focus on greater things, your capabilities, abilities. You know depression comes when you think you failed,you know what am saying? Depression occurs when you develop that negative feeling manipulating your thoughts to a point where you will think It`s Over. But that`s where growth is, where the real work is. One thing interesting about depression is that it teaches you to be a little realistic.

Don`t ever plant negativity in your thoughts cause you will end up regretting. Everyone deserves happiness no matter background or the influence of the surrounding. Sometimes if you wanna be happy  you gotta let go of things, especially negative things around you. The reason some of us are not happy is that we don`t wanna be independent, we been treated badly by people we depend on, you wanna know WHY?it`s because they know that we think we won`t be able to cope alone. Those are kinds of people you should leave because you know they don`t like you ad they have shown you in all ways they can. But yet we are still around having depression almost every fucking day. If you learn to be alone you will develop happiness and have a greater control over your life .
